Everything is always about money. You gotta upgrade your account to file, but you gotta pay someone double that amount for assistance. Guess I can forget about my tax refund! :)

Everything was easy all the way up till it ask to efile. Took no time to upload all documents and enter all personal information. When doing file had to go search for last years documents and that was not easy. All the features were great compared to other sites. Was guided through everything easily and app accurately added all information.
