TurboTax and Intuit Have Lost My Business

I remember the first time I did taxes--the process was so simple and straightforward. It was also free, as I have very simple tax factors. For the last few years (about since the tax law overhaul in 2018), it has become increasingly, even exceedingly, complex--when nothing about my situation has changed very dramatically. And the associated costs usually chew up any meager return I have to look forward to. I feel as though Intuit's TurboTax product has taken a lot of license to intentionally obfuscate the filing process in an effort to steer customers towards the tax prep experts they so readily advertise; even when a person can file without expert help, the cost of doing business with Intuit is too high. I believe I will be learning how to file my taxes on paper for future returns, as this process cannot possibly warrant so much headache and still cost me so much money just to provide a one-time-use platform in which I mostly have to input my information manually. Good riddance to you, Intuit.

TurboTax makes my filing worry free they help me along they give me the best deductions and credits they go over my return making sure everything is correct and accurate they keep record of the previous years they're just great I really enjoyed TurboTax and they have an excellent security policy which is nice to have these days thank you TurboTax
