Was this not supposed to be free!!!??? Not only that this year was so much harder to actually get through

This i the 4th time I've sent my 2024 Federal Income tax. I've used your people on return #2 and #3. They were both courteous, very patient and helpful. We thought that each return was acceptable. My email changed and the previous email was no longer viable. On return #2 worked very hard to find a way into my 2023 return to get my AGI. We got the AGI, but it was not accepted. On #3 return I was advised to go to IRS and get my 2023 tax return which I did. I hope the 4th return will be accepted. Thanks for your continuing help.
