turbo tax not cool last time i use it

Scam stating it's Free

Very unclear regarding fees. Continuously says free until it's time to check out. Then you owe money. The amount was similar to the amount I owed so I processed payment then realized they were charging me for my taxes after that payment. I requested a refund and they declined. This is definitely the last year I use TurboTax. It used to be free and they continue to advertise as free but it's not true anymore. I'll go elsewhere that advertises free and actually is.
