Deceiving!!

Turbo Tax advertise its self as free...but tries to get money out of you every click of the button. Turbo Tax was force to return money to me after it was found they were charging for their services that was not required. they are very deceiving ..... BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!

Disappointed and Unreliable

Complete waste of time and resources. I completed the filing process 3 times and was told I needed a different plan after each completion. This is the first year ever, where I’ve had to pay to file. Of course, it would only suggest the most expensive options for a very simple tax situation that I am in as a single adult. After I was forced into paying for the most expensive plan, I waited months for my return only to later realize that turbotax did not file my taxes for me, just collected the payment. Unbelievable. I was not even notified or alerted that my return was not complete, not sure they care after you pay a substantial amount.
