No head of household option

I have used this site for many years. This year I don’t remember having the option to check head of household. That messed up my taxes this years. It was difficult to change my taxes from single to head of household. That problem needs to be fixed!

Just wrapped up an awesome experience with you tax expert. Olivette was very knowledgable, patient and professional. After filing my return a month ago, I discovered errors I'd made in rolling over two IRA accounts along with how I reported my Social Security income. Olivette worked with me to correct the errors and as a result, I will be getting a refund rather than paying! I was successfully guided through the process of filing an amended return. The product is great but your tech support is even greater. I'm a customer for life!
