Free? not free. It didn't file but it took $80 pay

They say it's free and then charge me over 80.00
It didn't send my taxes on the 15th but stayed that It was complete. Thank God that I needed to download my forms and so I checked today to download and that's how I noticed that turbo tax collected the payment but didn't file.
