Free? not free. It didn't file but it took $80 pay

They say it's free and then charge me over 80.00
It didn't send my taxes on the 15th but stayed that It was complete. Thank God that I needed to download my forms and so I checked today to download and that's how I noticed that turbo tax collected the payment but didn't file.

Extremely confusing and always getting forced to pay for deluxe. This is supposed to make taxes easy and does the opposite. You want me to pay $75 for "deluxe" and the only support you get is AI, which never understands questions fully.
