TOO EXPENSIVE and not disclosed up front

Appreciate the clear and simple instructions, easy to follow. Do NOT appreciate the fact that not only is it way over priced at $79, but then surprised me with a total of $143 with no warning whatsoever and I did not even need to file a state return.

Had a great experience using TurboTax

TurboTax is easy to use, well organized and thorough. Also, I used it to submit an amended return, and that went very well and increased the amount of my refund. E-filing went well on all filings. Their tax advisors are very helpful, as well. Overall, using TurboTax has been a great experience.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
