Not happy with Turbo Tax

This was a very difficult software to use. It kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade to premium. I said no, but it forced me to anyway. I completed all of the info, but it never submitted. In the end, when validating it said my social security number was incorrect. That is not the case.

Easy to use but money hungry like everything else.

Turbotax is easy to file with but being charged to file taxes when it's all just money being taken from you to begin with seems some what of a joke...especially in the end when you now "owe" even more money. Just another money hungry thing in this overly expensive world.

Extremely disappointed

This year was the hardest file taxes using turbo tax. The up charges were unnecessary and the most I’ve ever spent following my taxes after 10 years of using TurboTax extremely frustrating through the whole process. I need to get the file on time because the system wouldn’t submit my taxes. I still need to file my state and I’m struggling to get through those because the difficult difficulties with the system. After using TurboTax for 10 years, I probably will not return and I’ll just utilize a in person tax service and save money. Very disappointed!
