I love the convenience of having some of my tax form automatically uploaded since I've been using Turbo Tax year after year. It also seems like this year's tax form was more streamlined to complete. HOWEVER,and this an annoyingly big caveat, there are just as many "clicks" to say "no" to upselling as there is to file the actual taxes. It also seems like the upselling is getting trickier. I found that sometimes I would inadvertently agree to an upsell or added charge if I wasn't paying attention or if the other option (to not accept additional charges) wasn't easily visible. It is dishonest. If this continues next year, I will have to bite the bullet and find another place to do my taxes. I will also not refer people to use Turbo Tax anymore either because of this.
