I had difficult at first. I am not sure if it was the software or the hardware. However, I thought this service was free, but for some reason I was charged.

I was so close to going with another service that would of had me owing hundreds of dollars. Thank you turbo tax for being able to catch all deductions I was eligible for now I am getting a reasonable amount back.
