Disappointed!

VERY disappointed in the lack of understanding why my Federal refund dropped over $2000 and why I had o pay so much for filing any retirement contributions by upgrading to Deluxe edition. In addition to being charged then $64 to file my state! It practically became a wash at that point. I will not be using TurboTax next year!

I got charged 222 from turbo tax, because I was forced to upgrade to premium. I only used this service because I was lazy and I did it last day

Great most of the time

Its great most of the time. However last year my returns weren't accepted immediately, the IRS flagged them for needing reviewing even though they were correct. The delay from that caused me to have to wait 10 months to get my refund! This was after paying for the max service/pro help option! I saw no difference with the max option vs standard so this year I just went back to the standard/no extra coverage option.
