I just wish it was actually free ESPECIALLY for long time filers. Pay for State, Federal, processing, AND paying to pay from the refund! Insane.

Frustrating, glitchy, expensive. Said I didn't use this account to file last year but has all my info from every year I have filed with this account? Wouldn't let me input today's date for today's date. Have to pay $80 to file because I made $1700 in interest income that was also taxed, what's the dang point?

You should have kept the CD. Up loading the product took forever. Also, wouldn't take my license key, so I had to pay for it again!! $79.00!!! Ridiculous. Then, it wouldn't let you go back and update things easily. You had to restart some areas to make a change. Also, what is the deal with charging $40 to process a refund? Then, if you don't file both online, they delete the state!! Horrible, just horrible.
Don't think I'll ever use Turbo Tax again. And I want my $79.00 refunded for the unused license code.
