False advertising but better than what others cost

My experience was smooth as can be. The instructions are very clear and straight to the point. It’s my first time doing my taxes without someone helping me and I feel pretty confident in this process. I would highly recommend! Saved me a lot of time and stress. Also it’s very convenient.
