Turbo Tax Rocks

It feels daunting, the last part is very slow. Overall i like turbo tax i have used it for years. except when i messed up with not filing on time and decided to use a CPA which was a horrible experince and very expensive

It was a very easy process surprisingly. I had 24/7 help in order to complete my filing and information was presented very clearly and quickly for me to understand and get through the process as quickly as possible.

User friendly but not income friendly

It was user friendly and would recommend to people getting a refund or do not mind paying the filing fees. I make near poverty level and will go with a different service next year that is free based on your income. I waited until the last minute this year so did not have time to start over once I realized I was going to have to pay close to $200 in filing fees and paid them for the convenience.
