Be AWARE

I would have rated excellent but feel I was deceived by the "free" program. Part of the way through, an ad for an upgrade was shown, and I chose to take an upgrade. Upon completion of my taxes, it refused to let me file until I purchased the Deluxe for $79. Then, all of a sudden, the free state filing became an additional $60+x. I have used TurboTax for years and have been completely satisfied but am walking away this year with a sour taste in my mouth. 😟

Not a good experience this year

Wasn't a big fan of TurboTax this year. I have used them for many years now and this years I was forced to pay for Deluxe $79 and I was asked to repeat lots of my information. The whole format was different and i did not like it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
