False advertising and unhelpful

it said it would be free and then made me pay for federal, and each state despite promising to be free. I did not like it and was not impressed. My wife has used it before and it has always worked fine for her but I guess they have changed things. The interface was complicated and hard to follow and the steps were not accurate at all. I had to refill several things multiple times and there was little to no guidance on what was being done wrong. There was no compatibility with my phone when I tried to use it for photos and the features were not at all to a professional standard. Very disappointed.

Okay but more expensive than led to believe

Pretty quick and easy. They add on fees at the end of the process and don't explain what they are/ what they are for. You think you are only paying $50 to do your taxes and it works out to be over $100. If you're fine with that then its perfect.
