False Advertising

Helpful & lowers stress

I really like being able to file my taxes in one place. A few of the help features like the answers to questions weren’t working this time, but I was able to file anyway. Wish the price was a little lower.

glitches and overpriced

It automatically imported my snn with hyphens on my w2 and would not let me change it but rejected my state return for having hyphen after importing it from my federal taxes. This is a ridiculous glitch for such expensive software that I still will have to print out my state return to physicaly mail.
