Terrible company. Force you to pay for TurboTax plus or whatever. Makes this process super confusing, and they know it. You can't sit here and tell me whoever works for this company thinks filing taxes through this app is smooth in any way. 👎💩

Excessive fees

It’s crazy the fee you already gotta pay to use the service but then when you get to the end, they want to charge you a $40 processing fee to process your transaction so you can get direct deposit
