Charged for deluxe but wanted basic without notice

Complicated reading material when wanting figure out basic questions. Should have basic answers. Maybe give tax professional answers and laymen version. Great I was able to finish in under 40 minutes, but I also clicked a lot of stuff without fully understanding.

Moving Tax Prep off TurboTax.

I have used TurboTax for years, and this year it was truly agonizing. The explanations for "Learn More" were vague and unhelpful. I have filed for years under the same account, but this year it says that I either didn't file my 2023 returns, or I didn't use TurboTax, despite my confirmation notices from previous years.
Given the price of using services, and the lack of support in doing so, I feel that using a different method for tax preparation is in my future.
