So overpriced it makes me angry. I will do everything I can to find an alternative. NEVER AGAIN will I pay this much to file taxes. TurboTax used to be the good people - NO MORE.

Charged for deluxe but wanted basic without notice

Complicated reading material when wanting figure out basic questions. Should have basic answers. Maybe give tax professional answers and laymen version. Great I was able to finish in under 40 minutes, but I also clicked a lot of stuff without fully understanding.
