Horrible experience this time around, they charged me way to much money, thanks alot because now I'm not getting anything back to help with my bills.

Honestly you guys charge too much it sucks, like seriously 148 to file taxes! And it's the same on my fiancé's who is getting only 161 and you want her to pay 141 just to do that?!

Bad service

The overall experience was really overwhelming with the plushness to get the premium bundle. They lied on the amount I would get the whole way and when I requested to be moved away from any payment they take the money out at the end anyway. This company is terrible and pets on people who know no better. When I asked for a representative (paid for) it took me to an ai that would have been as useful as the internet.
