Turbo Tax is Great, always has been

I have used this program for over 10 years and will never change to another. Very helpful and easy. Made sure I had all my information and Deductions properly.

Good product, but not worth the price.

The features of TurboTax are great overall, and made filing my taxes quick and painless. However, the product is far too expensive, and I felt like I was tricked into paying for Deluxe when I didn't really need it, with no way to undo this choice. The only thing that kept me using TurboTax this year is the fact that I was filing on the last possible day and couldn't get the IRS Direct File to work.

The app is easy to use but it’s suppose to be free!! I had to pay 79.00 on a 35.00 refund!
