Too Expensive for low income household

I made under 50k a year. Your filing fees are ridiculous! This will be my last time using this service. You could've offered reduced rates but chose not to.

Free magically changes to 200.00 before your eyes

Never fails my “free” return ends up costing me 200.00 on the last screen. I have been a faithful customer, not only with myself, but my wife and our family for the last 15 years, but TurboTax has absolutely gotten its last dime from me. Surely there’s got to be a more honest company out there.
