Have used Turbo Tax for 20 years. This year it was terrible. Navigating the site was impossible. Wont use next year if it’s the same.

So I have one extra thing on my w-2 from employment where I haven’t worked in 8 months and I get charged 79$ to complete even though I don’t remember any of that info. How is this friendly. Hostile product that takes advantage of customer base.

Not happy with deceptive pricing that it does

Very deceived again with Turbo Tax, it stated file your Fed and State together for $64.00 then charged me for both total $143.00. I need to find another way to file my taxes as this program has jacked me over the last 2 years.

I was very hesitant to use and purchase this service as I had never used it before. But once I got started it went very smoothly. It even asked questions and got me credits I wasn't even thinking about.
