Turbotax is sneaky and needs better communication with how much they are charging their users. No where did it say I was paying for the application, and ended up tricking me into paying double my return.

When setting up payments type 4 tax returns to state and federal you should be displaying the amount owed for state and federal for people to make sure they have that much in their account.
