TurboTax has gone down hill

I am not happy this year with Turbo Tax. I have never had to pay for a simple return from Turbo Tax. No matter what I did you all are charging me $119.00 !! This may be my last time using TurboTax.

loved how it was easy to use. Surprised to see it cost my 90-year-old mother$ 143.00. I will do her taxes at another secure site that will cost her very little. What started with start for free. I did use help when I did my own taxes. I just didn't expect to be $296.00??? I could have had them done for me for that price. Live and Learn.
