i feel like it is too expensive for a diy program. Otherwise, I like it okay. If it wasn't for the cost, I could rate it higher. Need senior citizen discounts or something.

Beyond disappointed!!!!!!

With as many years as you have offered this product, I have not had so much problems. This took me from 9 am to 6:04 . I wanted to file for the free e file since I don’t have deductions. Butyour company forced me to pay for another year there was no way to get out of it I am beyond frustrated and angry. I will not be using this service again EVER .

I got ripped off

I chose the allegedly free filing tax return method. After entering all of my information, I was informed that because my int 1099 showed a $2 early withdrawal penalty, I would have to upgrade before TurboTax would file my return. In short, I was charged $150 based upon a $2 early withdrawal penalty on my 1099.

It's to expensive. It's always said you'll save money the more you file but that is never been true for me.
