You guys charged me for the deluxe. Why on earth would anyone do this for anything more than free? That's the entire point. You guys robbed me of half of my tax returns.

I was having trouble with finishing my taxes filing and Kathy from customer support really helped me a lot and we were able to finish together. Im so lucky that she helped me. Please let her know that I am so thankful she helped me

Efficient enough for not complex return

Good for easy short forms tax return. Not recommend if you don't have any knowledge of filing tax at all.
