Very Difficult and expensive to use. Plus every single feature that would actually be helpful costs ADDITIONAL money.

Turbo tax is not intuitive

Frustrating to be charged $79 for Turbo tax Deluxe so that I can claim a credit worth $30. No option to decline the credit so all I could do accept the credit and pay the money.

TurboTax Isn't Honest About Their Pricing

I was under the impression I wasn't supposed to be charged. After I manually entered everything in, I was charged $79 plus tax.
