Only 1 out of 3 answers were helpful when asking a question on the customer service side, and I was never offered the option to change what Turbo Tax package I was using, I only received a notification before starting that the option would be offered to me at a later time and that never happened. Feels like I got scammed for the $79 package I had not choice in using.

Takes way to much in fees and sells you for 66 dolars to do your state taxes with your federal when and your state only adds 33

It started out great and it was so easy to use. It eased my anxiety to have a no stress process. Until I spent an hour and a half making sure I had all my forms and information just to be told I had NO CHOICE but to upgrade of my taxes couldn’t be filed after working on them for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Then being told that my return is going to be around say for example, 900. But I had to pay 79$ for the upgrade then it bumped up to say, 200$?! But it can’t be taken out of my return so I HAD to pay it then and there. It was beyond disappointing/ frustrating/ and devastating to my bank account that is already near 0$. So thanks for that (sarcasm :} of course)….

I didn't know intuit has let the irs's free program. I will not be returning as a customer again and will be filing through the irs' website.
