Don’t Waste Your Money Go To FREE TAX USA

They charge extremely too much. 79.00 and they didn’t even file my state return. I will not be filing with them next year. I will surely be going to Free Tax USA.

Too expensive!! In today's world this is not an economical way. There are other companies that offer zero fee to file. I will definitely look into that next year.

Don't use TurboTax.

I don't like that TurboTax does not tell me the fees for TurboTax as I'm moving through the return. As I'm putting in data, you'll ask me if I want upgrade to Max. I see that it's $62 or something like that. I agree to that but I didn't know that I also agreed to a $59 processing fee in general. Then there was a $40 processing fee to send it to direct deposit into my bank. So my total was $122 or close to that and I thought I only agreed to the upgrade of Max. I didn't know that it was compounded on top of each other. I thought the upgrade included what I had already agreed to.
