The worst tax service who will prey on your pocket

I am beyond upset, this is the worst tax filing experience and there’s no other easily accessible sites to file. Yet you choose to prey on the general public who are just trying to comply and file their taxes and you will do anything to earn a profit from your “free” site. It’s extremely predatory and just plane insane in this economy to be paying $80 to file my taxes simply because I contributed to a retirement!!!????? I suggest not using this site

Charging before requesting prior year tax documents. I paid a significant time before my taxes were actually filed, this feels like a trap.
