I would have given it a higher score the app was very very very easy. I had a few problems and I think y'all over charged me. I also didn't like the fact that I need a credited card to pay my state when I was clearly told I should be expecting a refund?

Mobil app was a bit cumbersome but that could be because it was the first attempt. Always used the PC in the past.

Turbotax lobbys the gov't to make taxes hard

Turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes extremely difficult for Americans to file, creating an artifical need for their platform. It's absolutely disgusting that I have to pay a 3rd party company $160 to get my $18 return. Stop preying on the poor. This company should not exist and their lobbying should be illegal.

Turbo Tax is the absolute worst.

Your new pricing structure is ridiculous. On top of that, you had the data to know that I didn’t qualify for a free return at the start of the process, based on the high deductible health insurance plan, but your product did not note this. Instead, it allowed me to waste time for the entire session before telling me I had to pay for deluxe. This kind of time sink / sunk cost problem creation is absolutely a vile business tactic. I will never be using this or any of your intuit products ever again, and I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know, so that they will note your horrible business practices.

Easy to use and very consistent! I've been using TurboTax since 2016 and honestly it's always my Go-to because of the resources it provides!!!
