Sytem still needs work

I have had to go back twice so far to try to get my IL tax return filed and your system info for how to fix the problem is not very good meaning you at Turbo Tax understand how it works and what to do but I don't. This has not been Beta tested enough or Turbo Tax is not spending the time to truly look at these type of problems and fix them to make it simpler.
