Sytem still needs work

I have had to go back twice so far to try to get my IL tax return filed and your system info for how to fix the problem is not very good meaning you at Turbo Tax understand how it works and what to do but I don't. This has not been Beta tested enough or Turbo Tax is not spending the time to truly look at these type of problems and fix them to make it simpler.

Your program has become very complicated and to charge $143 to file when this was a simple return of a college student is disgraceful. My cousin made $70K plus and you did not charge him at all to file.

Turbo Tax is ok

Still owe almost 800-900$, wouldnt let me take the file payment out of my state return. Just never really ever satisfied with turbo tax. Definitely going to H&R Block next time.

Too many fees and too costly

It wasn’t the easiest to do. It would have been nice if it made changes for you between state and federal. And it cost way more than I wanted to pay. With every filing option there was an add fee for every step. It was too much and didn’t include audit specialist.
