Not like the Old Turbotax

This year's filing was much more cumbersome than previous years, The program itself seems to have changed significantly and is not as helpful as I remember the earlier. The listing and valuation of charitable donations and community contributions was cumbersome, and the program appeared to resist detailed listings. But there's still the Turbotax guidance and that confidence factor that makes tax time MUCH less stressful than it used to be. See ya next year!

Too much upselling

Constantly trying to upsell me on other services, almost got me with a 40 dollar fee for trying to pay with my refund that wasn't mentioned initially. Overall dissatifying experience.
