Won't be using TurboTax again

It was going fine, until I tried to submit my taxes. I got the success screen, followed by a very un-helpful error message. The error message said, "We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets." Which formset? How do I correct this? No clue. I tried again several hours later and it seems to have worked now? I hope?
