TurboTax is a good service, but they have changed their ethos in the last few years. What used to be a great, useful service that I would recommend to anyone, is now so full of microtransactions and shady sales practices like hiding the options to pay less, has made it annoying to use. I would not recommend it anymore, but it does get the job done.

Best Tax Prep Software Ever

Easy to use. Positive improvements are noticeable and very much appreciated. I’ve been utilizing Turbo Tax to submit my taxes for over 20 years and you have me for life. It’s hard to teach old dogs new tricks. I’ll stay with Turbo Tax.
