I have been a long time TurboTax customer, but this year's filing was a nightmare. It took me 12 hours to file my return but only when I used the app. I will no longer use Turbotax.

First I'd like to start out saying that any place that says their services are free and then turns around and shoved it in you is really trying to be deceptive and does not get any good reviews from me

Very easy to use--i actually completed both federal and state in half the time estimated (28 minutes total). The option to use my refund to pay the TurboTax fees is very helpful!
