Smooth and Easy - like the girls I dated long ago

I'm a computer technician, with a simple return, so I filed my joint return by myself. But as a computer technician / "do-gooder" (google Tech Fairy) I really appreciated the first class website, it's explanations, and the simple transitions from one topic to the next. It's well organized, and left me with no questions or uncertainties as I completed my return. I'm a multi-year customer, and I'll be back in 2027...

Why offer free at all.

Continues to force me into paying for the upgraded package and gives no benefit to doing so. I hated that about taxact and I can't stand that turbotax roped me into it this year.
