I feel robbed

They forced me to upgrade my package when I wanted to choose the free version. It’s crazy that I end up paying 180$ to file my taxes myself. For this price, next time I will pay someone to do it. I didn’t use any of their expert help or nothing

TurboTax Has Sneaky Fees

There are undisclosed fees half way into your filing process. Filing ends up costing more than the original promotion. TurboTax makes it seem like these are optional fees that can be avoided by manually entering your own tax information, but there is no option to do so.
