The experience with TurboTax certainly seems thorough, but I don't have anything to compare since it's the only tax prep software I've ever used. Payment was difficult and the 20% link I had wasn't applied, so that is disappointing.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Disappointed in "Live Expert"

The turbo tax live expert was joke. I could hardly understand his accent or the 3 sec delay in the conversation and then he disconnected after saying he could help.

It's easy - but is it even worth it?

This is getting wildly expensive and All the money that is paid rarely gets any kind of assistance from TurboTax. It's frustrating to be "taken to the cleaners" by the federal government and also the application i've been using for tax prep since i was 15 years old.
