This company is a scam and should not exist.

They lobby the government so that we have to use their software. The fact that I have to pay for this when I put in all of the info and it effectively just fills in a PDF is insane. This company is a scam and should not exist.

Greedy and shady

Constantly ask for money for money and for upgrades. Transparency about pricing is zero. Greedily charge excess of fees and take advantage of people especially with the shady wording and fine print for example bold and bright deduct your fees from your refund automatically and put tiny underneath it for 40 dollars. How greedy can you be.
