Greedy and shady

Constantly ask for money for money and for upgrades. Transparency about pricing is zero. Greedily charge excess of fees and take advantage of people especially with the shady wording and fine print for example bold and bright deduct your fees from your refund automatically and put tiny underneath it for 40 dollars. How greedy can you be.

Absolute scam and money trap, I want a refund

Would give a zero if I could, I’ve been using turbo tax for years and now this year everything changed on it. I had to pay over $100 for this which of course it didn’t tell me until I was almost done. It is absolutely ridiculous considering I still had to do everything myself I should’ve just hired someone to do my taxes for me it that’s how it was going to be. Highly doubt I will be using turbo tax again. And now I’m out $150 not to mention yall tried to charge me an extra $40 for choosing the pay with return option and I had to go back through everything and change it to coming straight from my bank account.

IT IS NOT FREE! They upcharge you at the end

I was charge when my return should have been free. I was up charged at the without a way to remove the charges. There was a $40 CHARGE TO USE MY REFUND TO PAY. Seems like a scam. I did a short form and didn't have any deductions.
