You trick users into thinking they’re using the free version until checkout. I’m aware the help provided was for the deluxe version, but you don’t thoroughly inform users. I figured that out after I spent hours on my taxes. Lame.

too costly; annoying adds; tries to get you to add on unnecessary services every other step. tries to trick you into giving consent to allow intuit to use your data. I hate it. Only use it because I am lazy and haven't found anything better.
