Easy fast and user friendly. You only have to plug in a couple of things, and it does the rest. You just need to review for the most part if you have an easy tax return.

The online version is terrible

I've used Turbo Tax for over 25 years but this is the first time I've used Turbo Tax Online eFile. This is the second attempt tonight. Got all the way through the first except it wouldn't let me file because I had an alert that I had no W2s and would not file until this alert was closed. Could not close it because we have no W2s since my wife and I are both retired. Then my computer crashed after I paid Intuit for the use of the online program. Was unable to pull up my first attempt and had to start over and pay an additional $87 to do what I just did. As I said, I've used Turbo Tax for more than 25 years. Very happy during that time. Now, I'll just do them by hand. Not happy at all.
