Amazed!

First time user, and I am amazed at the thoroughness of it, at the confidence it gave me. And the refund is the biggest ever! My only regret is that I did not use it all those past years.

This was more complicated than I expected, and it was not free as it was advertised. My taxes are simple to do, and I ended up having to spend over one hundred dollars to do them myself.

Very easy to use. I'm not in the positiion yet to worry about doing taxes prior to the 15th however once i get there; i know the platform will guide me with ease and also awesome job on the infobits and explanations

first time using/filing my own taxes and I must say, turbo tax made it easy! I tried another big name online service before trying turbo tax and it was horrible! I couldn't upload anything and things I new I was eligible for tax credits, it was saying that I wasn't. Out of curiosity, I continued and when i finalized my return, it was coming up with over $1000 less than what my return should have been. Turbo tax uploaded easy and got me what I knew I was owed.

More frustrating every year

Frustrating at best. Every year it costs more to use. The pop ups every other screen prompting you to upgrade you package just makes you lose you spot causing you to navigate all over trying to find where you left off. If only the “pick up where you left off” button actually worked!

Forced to Upgrade

Had an overall good experience until I was forced to pay to upgrade. I have never had to before; I will not file with them again next year.
