I will not use Turbo Tax again. They bait and switch - requiring people who have made very little money pay for state and federal taxes. I tried to complete my taxes without being charged but there was no option. I plan to request a refund as I truly believe my return was not complicated and could have been free but yet the system is defaulted to charge no matter what the circumstances. It is false advertising and taking advantage of a captured population. It is so very wrong and have to wonder what politician is getting kickbacks from this site.
