This was my first time filing my taxes myself and TurboTax was a step by step process and easy to follow. After this experience, I’ll be back next year. I like that there is an internal auditor so anything that wasn’t correct or needed further review, it let me know what needed to be reviewed. Way cheaper than these tax preparer’s.

It was to confusing, to many repeat of 1099R. At the end, I had to go back to home page to see how much I had to pay. The program kept freezing up, locking up. I had to restart the program in order to continue. I have used Turbo Tax over 30 years and this program is the worst.

Every year I notice updates to make understand forms and deductions more efficient, this bis extremely helpful for those of us who aren't as fluent with the acronyms of forms!
