TurboTax Downfall

TurboTax did not offer my Early Childhood Educator tax credit. I was shorted 1,700 because of this and then they did not give me the option to pay off one return with another even though, my SO was given the option when he filed his. I've always used TurboTax and never had an issue but this year I feel like it was NOT worth it.
