Turbo Tax is horrible

You don't allow the proper blocks to be corrected - you errored my taxes on a zip code issue when I provided the correct zip code it was the state that needed to be corrected but your system did allow that box to be updated so basically you stole my money for something that should of been so simple and I will never use this system again its a waste of time.

Turbotax is super expensive I thought fed was free

I thought there was a free federal tax filing with TurboTax but that is incorrect. Instead it was $79 which is terribly high. I’ll be shopping around to get a better price to do my own taxes.

I was charged almost $170 for nothing I'm the one that did the return y'all didn't do anything. automatically filled in some stuff cool didn't ask for that didn't want that this is a scam will be filing through the mail on all future returns

I got charged for a premium that I do not recollect ever signing up for one, also I’m being charged more than having to go in person for someone to just do it for me. I do not think I will be returning to turbo-tax next year.

I was lead to believe my Federal Tax would be filed free. It was not. I was charged for a simple 1040 Federal Tax filing.
